Non - condition Returns
We offer a 7 - day return policy. Within 7 days from the receipt date (confirmed by shipping records), the item must be unused, in the same condition and packaging as received (e.g., sealed items remain sealed). Customized products, etc., are non - returnable.
Return shipping costs are borne by you. Shipping fees we paid and customs duties for return to China are non - refundable (receipt provided upon receipt). After 7 days, no return or exchange is accepted.
Warranty Reason Returns
If the product is defective during the warranty period, it can be returned for repair. TTCKOM covers the return shipping cost after repair.
Wrong Item reason Returns

Warranty
· Warranty Period: TTCKOM warrants the product free from material/workmanship defects for 1 year (labor and parts) from the original order date (accessories: 3 - 6 months per brand policy).
· Exclusions: Damage from user negligence, accidents, disassembly, water damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, return transit damage, unsupervised use by minors, third - party acts, natural factors, etc. TTCKOM is not liable for incidental/consequential damages, with liability not exceeding the product’s purchase price.
Governing Law
This contract is governed by Chinese law. Chinese competent courts have exclusive jurisdiction over related legal actions. The prevailing party in a dispute is entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
